Once you have your budget and goals set, the hard part is finding a deal that makes sense. My opinion is that roughly 90% of the MLS investment properties, don't make sense for individual investors. Through my network, I can assist you by finding off-market deals that may be just the right fit for you.

Many of my investment clients have found success with multi-family properties. Often, this comes as their 2nd or 3rd investment purchase once they have "cut their teeth" on something smaller.
